You should be taking the whole day to rest and heal, but you spend the majority of your day answering e-mails on your Blackberry or worrying about what you might be missing at the office. Between anxiety over my final, exhaustion because I didn't sleep well and the mounds of work I missed yesterday, my stress level has increased to a fever pitch. I will be so glad when this week is over, and I can work out all my frustration on my 12 mile run. I need to pound the pavement really hard.

Cross your fingers, pray for me, wiggle your nose, whatever you do...because I'm going to need it on my final tonight!
Happy running!
